If you experience an issue with your order, such as missing items, incorrect items received, or damaged items, please contact us through our email: @axcrylics@gmail.com 

We will try our best to get the issue resolved for you at our fastest capability! 

Please also understand that once a package has left our hands, we are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages (meaning broken boxes, etc) 

We hope to meet everyone’s needs, and hope we can help any situation given to us! 

 

OUR SHIPPING POLICY: 

Please allow 5-8 business days (not including holidays, OR weekends) for your order to be shipped out! 

Every Tuesday and Friday, orders will be dropped off at post office! 

Tracking numbers should update 48 hours after your order has been shipped.
